SECURITY DEPOSIT:	Condos: $500-$700 - Refundable Home: $500-$1500 - Refundable
PET FEE:	$200 - Non-refundable ($50 per additional pet) If you plan on bringing a pet, office must be notified at the time reservation is made. This fee is used for additional cleaning only, any damages done by your pet will be assessed against your security deposit. Most dog breeds are allowed in "pet friendly" properties although some owners have size restrictions. Cats are allowed with "owner approval" only. Please let us know about your pet(s) when you make your reservation so we can place you in the right home. Due to condominium rules & regulations, all condos (with the exception of Beacher's Lodge & Hibiscus) are NOT "pet friendly". If you wish to bring a pet please see our list of St. Augustine rental homes and look for the pawprint showing that the property is "pet friendly".

CANCELLATION POLICY:	$100 Cancellation fee. If within 60 days prior to rental term deposit will be forfeited.
